Single Entry Tourist Visa

Single Entry Visa Extension (C1, C2 & C6)
If you already have a KITAS and want to work legally in Indonesia, ypu will need to obtaion an IMTA also know as Work Permit.

Work Visa (KITAS)
Working KITAS allows you to work and live in Indonesia for up to 1 year and is extendable, making it the most comprehensive limited stay work permit.
- 6 months or 12 months validity
- The visa must be sponsored by an employer
- Visa is renewable for 12-month KITAS


Spouse Visa (KITAS)
Foreign spouses of Indonesian citizens can apply for a Spouse KITAS, available as a 1 year or a 5 year Stay Permit after two years of marriage.
- 1-year multiple entry permit
- Allowed to help with family business, but not earn income
- Work permit may be added to the spouse sponsorship
Dependant Visa (KITAS)
Family KITAS visa for spouses and children of primary KITAS holders in Indonesia, but does not permit work.
- 1-year multiple entry permit
- This visa does not allow the foreigner to work
- Children up to 18 years old may use this visa, as well as spouse


Family Sponsored Visa (KITAS)
This visa is intended for individuals who are the child of a mixed marriage between an Indonesian citizen and foreigner and intend to live in Indonesia.
- 1-year visa validity
- The visa is renewable and is available to convert to KITAP
- 1-year multiple entry permit
Investor Visa (KITAS)
Investor KITAS is suistable for a business owner who has shares in a company, allowing an entrance and stay for 1 up to 2 years with no minimum days of stay.
- 1 or 2-year visa options available
- Cost effective solution compared to a Work KITAS
- Quick to process and KITAP option available


Retirement Visa (KITAS)
Plan your retirement days in Indonesia with the Retirement KITAS, made for retiress over 60 years old with no work plans in Indonesia.

Remote Worker (KITAS)

Research Visa (KITAS)
The Research KITAS is intended for foreigners who are doing research throughout Indonesia. It is sponsored via eligible universities or related ministries.
- This is a non-working visa and no income can be generated
- Validity is 6 months or 1 year and includes multiple entry
- The visa is renewable for 1-year KITAS
Repatriation Visa (KITAS)
This KITAS type is specifically tailored for ex- Indonesian citizens who plan to live in Indonesia again for leisure or travel purposes.
- 1-year visa validity
- The visa is renewable
- 1-year multiple entry permit


Artist Visa (KITAS)
This Visa is also known as an artist visa and is used for professional entertainers, athletes and art professionals. Not renewable and perfect for short contracts.
- Flexible validity up to 6 months
- Non-renewable
- Allows artists and entertainers to work legally
Silver Hair (KITAS)
Silver Hair Visa caters to retirement-age tourists in Indonesia. Applicants must be at least 55 years old and deposit funds into a specified bank account.
- Available for 55 years and above
- Stay for 5 years in Indonesia
- Extendable Visa


Second Home (KITAS)
A new visa initiative implemented by Indonesian authorities to live and invest in Indonesia for long term periods ranging form 5-10 years.
- This visa type has the longest visa validity of all visas
- It is designed for long term retirees, ex-Indonesian citizens and investors
- A minimum deposit of 2,000,000,000 DR is required for this visa type
Golden Visa (KITAS)
The Golden Visa is a grouping of limited stay, permanent stay permits, and re-entry permits for a certain period, namely a maximum of 5 or 10 years.
- Available 5 - 10 years
- Extendable for longer use
- Do not require company establishment


Dependant Golden Visa (KITAS)
The visa allows family members (spouses, children under 18 years old) of a foreigner who holds a Golden Visa to live in Indonesia.
- For Spouses and Children of the Golden Visa holder
- Stay 1 up to 10 years
- Dependency with no minimum capital investment
Work KITAP
If you have been employed with the same sponsor using a working KITAS for 4 years already, you may convert to a 5-year working KITAP.
- 5-year visa validity
- Work from Indonesia with a multiple entry permit

Spouse KITAP
If you are married to an Indonesian citizen and are not employed in Indonesia, then the spouse KITAP offers a long term, simple visa solution.

- You may not be employed, but you can attach a work permit if you choose to work

Investor KITAP
If you are an investor in Indonesia and have previously had an Investor KITAS for 4 consecutive years, you may apply for a 5-year Investor Visa.

Retirement KITAP
Retiring in Indonesia may seem like a dream, but the Retirement KITAP allows foreigners to live and retire in Indonesia with a maximum validity of 5 years.

- Retirees must have obtained a retirement KITAS for 4 years prior to application
- Save time and money
Work Permit Only
If you already have a KITAS and want to work legally in Indonesia, you will need to obtain an IMTA also know as Work Permit.
- This is not a visa but a work permit
- It follows the length of your KITAS/KITAP
- DPKK funds will apply for length of permit


Exit Only Permit (EPO)
To officially terminate a KITAS, whether it be for changes of employer or exiting Indonesia the immigration license needs to be revoked.
- The EPO must be done before leaving Indonesia
- Upon implementation the visa is revoked within 7 days
- If changing sponsors, the EPO must be done prior to new application with new sponsor
Exit Re-entry Permit (ERP)
If you have changed sponsors or have left Indonesia without obtaining an Exit Permit Only (EPO), then you will need to submit an ERP whilst outside the country.
- Can be done overseas
- Copies of original visa documentation is required
